Our Story

In the spring of 2016, Gio and Johnny, both strangers to one another, found themselves on a college visit program on the campus of DePauw University, a liberal arts institution located in Greencastle, Indiana. Little did they know that this encounter would ignite a strong bond of friendship and companionship.

Through our first conversation, there was a connection about our similar stories growing up in a Latin American immigrant household, being the first in our families to go to college, and being recipients of academic and leadership scholarships. This encounter led them to become roommates all four years of college supporting each other in their academics, professional development, and creating countless memories.

Although their final semester was cut short due to the pandemic, they graduated from the comfort of their living rooms. The journey continued as they both pursued separate paths for graduate school, each striving for a master's degree in their chosen fields.

During their time in graduate school, Gio and Johnny received many questions about their journeys related to their education, career, and lifestyle. After graduating, they decided to launch a coaching platform based on the demand they received. Their mission is simple: to help others overcome obstacles and achieve their goals!
